Contract Framework
Although MultiServ agrees all service contracts to meet each clients' varying requirements, below is how a typical service contract agreement is structured.
MultiServ enters into long term service contracts with its clients to deliver service solutions. Typical service agreements are between 5 and 15 years in duration.
Within a typical service contract
MultiServ may provide:
- Necessary equipment and site infrastructure to professionally carry out the service scope. This includes required fixed plant and mobile equipment and all infrastructure necessary to maintain and operate the equipment
- Experienced operations management and recruit and train local labour
- Safety, quality and environmental standards and procedures implemented MultiServ's global standards
Within a typical service contract
the client may provide:
- Access and space on-site for installation of required facilities
- Site infrastructure and the gaining of various licenses
- Utilities i.e. water, electricity, gas, compressed air etc
Commercial
Terms
MultiServ invoices regularly for the services provided. A
typical contract consists of two elements:
- Fixed fee related to the fixed cost of providing the assets and infrastructure required to deliver the services
- Variable charge dependant on the unit price of a particular service element normally defined in US$/tonne
