We are experts in on-site logistics for raw materials,
semi-finished and finished products. We offer
services to assist metals producers reduce their environmental
impact by managing slag, recovering metallic content and recycling
dusts, sludges and other by-products. Combined
with an extensive range of services delivered continuously within
the iron and steel making areas, MultiServ is a truly
multi-specialist service provider.
MultiServ does not manufacture or sell capital equipment. We
do not buy or trade steel, nor take ownership of materials we
handle namely slag, steel products or raw materials.
MultiServ design, own, operate and maintain facilities
and infrastructure to deliver these services and customised
solutions.
When we sign a service contract, we make a commitment to work
in partnership with the client throughout the contract lifecycle.
We are committed to delivering value for money and continuous
improvement in our service provision.
Our operational performance is ensured through mutually agreed
key performance indicators. The fact that our contract renewal rate
is consistently above 90%, and that we have worked continuously on
many sites for over 30 years, demonstrates that our performance and
