MultiServ provides comprehensive services throughout the steelmaking area often directly linked to the production process. We understand their critical nature to ensure efficient steelmaking. Our services offer flexibility and responsiveness on a 24/7 basis and are delivered by our own highly trained personnel using dedicated equipment.

Highly trained MultiServ employees reline ladles, tundishes, furnaces and other vessels for EAF-based steelmakers in Luxembourg.

Two 392 tonne capacity, seven axle, elevating pallet carriers transport ladles containing approximately 150 tonnes of liquid steel from the AOD to the caster for a stainless steel producer in Italy.

Tundishes are removed using a specialised elevating pallet carrier and tipped at a purpose designed station and the skull is processed before being returned to the scrap yard.

Our services include the transport of ladles of liquid steel from furnace to caster using specialised heavy duty carriers. Each ladle transport service is assessed in detail and equipment carefully selected to ensure consistent service delivery over the life of the contract, providing efficient, timely and safe transport of liquid steel around the steelworks.

MultiServ provides under furnace digging and slag removal services and transport and de-skulling of tundish. The removal and replacement of ladle and vessel refractory linings is a key service area where MultiServ applies its professional approach. MultiServ also offers facilities to recycle used refractories. Once de-metallised, used refractories can be sorted and graded for recycling, avoiding disposal costs.

In addition to the specialised services mentioned above, MultiServ provides numerous essential regular maintenance services such as sliding gate maintenance and vacuum cleaning of walkways and access areas to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
