As a professional company we pride ourselves on the quality of the services we provide.
We expect all of our operating sites to have
systems in place which satisfy the requirements of recognised
quality standard systems. Where our client's require
certification we are audited by external acrediting bodies to
international standards.
Many of our operations are certificated to the ISO9001:2000 standard. Recent certification includes sites in Australia, China, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Slovakia, South Africa and the UK.
Internally, we have established global standards through our group best practices. These set out the standards and operating practices to be adhered to at all MultiServ operations.
